Sound Installation - 2025
Protocol: Interdependent sound objects recreating an acoustic mythology of a lost world.
The sound installation entitled “Ys” immerses us in a sunken city, a sound ecosystem in which each networked object emits a sound and dialogues with the others. Together, they form a society. This underwater city exists on the edge of reality, where sound becomes organic matter, a constantly evolving ecosystem. Each sound element interacts with the space and the viewer, recreating an acoustic mythology of a lost world. With “Ys”, the artist also questions the interdependence of sound elements, creating a living acoustic ecosystem.
